At Lumen & Clay, every order is carefully packed and prepared with the attention our pieces deserve. Since our products are delicate ceramicware, we use protective packaging designed to help your order reach you safely.

Each vessel is inspected in our studio before it leaves our doors.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
During product launches, sales, festive periods or other high-volume periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is an unexpected delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout. You can use it to follow your shipment until delivery.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Safe & Secure Packaging
Your Lumen & Clay pieces are delicate and require special care during transit. We use protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage, but ceramics are fragile and unforeseen transit damage can occasionally happen.
Every cup, bowl and vase is wrapped in double-corrugated recyclable paper, corner bumpers and honeycomb void fill.
We recommend recording a continuous, unedited video while opening your package. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, the video helps us verify the issue and resolve it faster.
