We ship to select international destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and more. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us at lumenandclay.info@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Asia (UAE, Singapore, Malaysia): 7-12 business days
- North America (USA, Canada): 10-18 business days
- Europe (UK, Germany, France): 10-18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Rest of World: 14-25 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking
All international orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update.
Packaging
Every product is carefully wrapped in protective packaging with bubble wrap, foam inserts, and sturdy outer boxes to minimise damage during transit.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For significantly delayed shipments, contact us and we will work with the carrier.
